- What I Drive
- 24 Integra type s
I’m sure this question has been answered before, so I apologize in advance.
Bought a 2024 type s integra with 19k miles on the clock. I live in north Texas. I’m not thrilled with the traction on the stock pilot 4s in the first two gears, I understand these roads are imperfect and that’s the main culprit here.
When it’s time to buy the next set, what are people finding is a good all around tire on this car? I have a Tacoma too, so when it gets real bad this car will stay in the garage.
I have a hard time believing the pilot 4s is the right tire for everyday driving. Sure, it’s great that you can drive this car to the track and thrash it and drive home as is. I’m also reading that driving this tire below 40f is not recommended.
What are your thoughts on this? Thank you.
